AF Staircases have over twenty four years experience in the installation of all types of loft ladders and staircases. We can install all the models featured on this website. Our installation service includes a site survey and we always provide you with a fixed price for the job.

Loftmate

Loft Flooring

As well as loftladders we also install fully strenghthend loft floors together with top up insulation and lighting if required. A fully installed timber loft ladder, flooring and lighting package start from as little as £495.00.

Full loft conversions

If you wish to change your loft to a usable room we offer packages from as low as £2995.00 including ladder, strenghthened flooring, electrics, all plastering and velux roof window, please contact us for a free no obligation quote.

Electric ladder
